Our good friends at Ratio, the Peruvian Tapas Restaurant, will be here for our inaugural Food Truck Tuesday!!! If you haven't been able to go out and try their restaurant out in the Northeast, this will be a great opportunity. They'll be here from 5 - 8PM serving up food and Peruvian wit.
